Review the rental agreement for permitted materials and activities. Ask before arranging deliveries or storing chemicals, fuel or equipment with special requirements. A storage rental does not automatically include workshop use, customer visits or a receiving service.

Yes. Unit access is 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, including Sundays. The office is closed on Sundays, so arrange any help needed for your first visit during office hours.

Measure your largest items and estimate how much space your boxes or shelving will occupy. Add room for an aisle if you need regular access. Call with your measurements so we can discuss currently available units.
Can I store business materials in a climate-controlled unit?
Interior climate-controlled options are available at the facility, subject to current unit availability. Confirm that the materials are permitted and that the unit’s conditions suit their storage requirements.
Can I operate my business from the unit?
